We're Studio Blanc, a design-led creative agency that lives at the intersection of fashion, lifestyle, and brand storytelling. We build identities, campaigns, and visual worlds for brands that refuse to look like everyone else. Think clean lines, bold ideas, considered typography, and the occasional 3 AM debate over kerning. The Role

We're looking for a Video Editor who thinks in ideas before timelines. Someone who hears a brief and already sees the cut: the opening frame, the drop, the beat where it turns.

You'll edit campaign films, brand videos, reels, and product content across fashion, FMCG, lifestyle, and automotive. But you'll also sit in on concepting, build the boards, and shape what gets shot in the first place. If your favourite part of the job is being handed footage and told to make it work, this isn't the right role.

What you'll be doing

Editing brand films, campaign videos, reels, product cuts, and social content from rushes to final master
Concepting alongside creative directors and copywriters, bringing edit-first ideas to the table rather than executing decisions made without you
Building storyboards, animatics, mood films, and reference cuts to visualise ideas before production
Cutting for rhythm and pacing: knowing when a frame holds and when it needs to be gone
Designing sound: music selection, sync, sound design, mix balance. Sound is half the edit and we treat it that way
Motion graphics and typographic animation in After Effects, including titles, lower thirds, kinetic type, and brand-system motion
Colour grading and finishing to a consistent standard across a campaign
Versioning smartly across formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, cutdowns, platform specs) without
