NKey Responsibilities

- Provide strategic financial and corporate advisory support to the Chairman and senior management. N
- Lead/support IPO, M&A;, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and fundraising initiatives. N
- Coordinate with merchant bankers, investment banks, auditors, legal advisors and other external consultants. N
- Conduct financial due diligence, valuation, financial modelling and transaction analysis. N
- Prepare financial analysis, business plans, presentations and MIS for the Chairman's review. N
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights on key risks and opportunities. N
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and strategic information. N

nQualification & Experience

- n
- Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory. N
- Approximately 10–12 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate finance, investment banking, merchant banking, M&A;, capital markets, or a similar strategic finance workplace. N
- Experience of working on IPO / M&A; / fundraising transactions will be highly preferred. N
