About the Role
Glocert International is an accredited certification, audit and assurance group delivering ISO management system certifications, SOC 2, PCI DSS and sustainability verification to clients globally. We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to own client relationships end to end, from first enquiry through to certification and renewal.
What You Will Do
Be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries and referrals, and respond promptly and professionally
Run scoping conversations with prospective clients to understand their certification requirements
Prepare and follow up on proposals, and support clients through onboarding and documentation
Work closely with our technical and audit teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered
Coordinate audit scheduling across client and auditor availability
Own an allocated portfolio of accounts, with regional coverage expanding based on performance
Maintain accurate client records and flag risks or delays early
Track renewal and surveillance timelines,



and identify opportunities to extend our services within existing accounts

Growth in services delivered to existing clients
Responsiveness and proposal turnaround
Accuracy and completeness of client records
What We Are Looking For
MBA or BBA preferred; strong sales or client servicing backgrounds also considered
1 to 3 years in client relations, inside sales, account management or business development is an advantage
Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence handling senior stakeholders across geographies
Solid organisational discipline and attention to detail
Comfort with spreadsheets, CRM tools and collaborative document workflows
Flexibility to adjust working hours to overlap with international client time zones
Nice to have: exposure to ISO standards, SOC 2, information security or the audit and assurance industry.
