Key purpose of the role:
To bridge the gap between large industrial energy consumers and our bioenergy ecosystem. This position focuses on building high-value, long-term relationships with procurement and C-suite leaders at blue-chip corporations, converting complex long term demand in growth areas into meaningful relationships with a predictable, recurring revenue stream.

What key tasks will be involved
1. Corporate Client Acquisition
Establish and maintain market leadership by targeting the right kind of industrial houses and blue-chip corporations utilizing biomass for manufacturing or production processes.
Manage complex, end-to-end sales cycles, navigating multi-layered corporate structures from initial procurement alignment to definitive commercial contract closure.
2. Strategic Account Management
Nurture multi-million-rupee accounts through deep relationship management with senior-level corporate leaders, procurement heads, and sustainability officers.
Lead key account management,



by way of regular reviews with the customers and the operations functions to ensure a healthy and seamless customer experience.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with leaders, including the Head of Operations to ensure smooth delivery of business.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management for large MNC organizations
Employment History: Large Indian/ Multinational Co. Experience with Biofuels will be an added advantage
Knowledge: Bio-energy Industry / B2B sales/ Key account management/ solutions sales
Any Specific Need: Ability to sell to senior management teams

Education/ Training: Engineering with Management qualification from premier institute
Presentation/ Communication Skills: Demonstrated capacity to deliver corporate pitches, craft customized commercial proposals
