Role Description The Telesales Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The consultant will handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Ionix water filtration products, explain features and benefits, and guide customers toward suitable solutions. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, generating leads,



closing sales, and updating records in the sales system. The role also involves following up with prospects, maintaining strong customer relationships, and coordinating with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support. The consultant is expected to meet performance targets, stay informed about product updates, and participate in periodic training sessions to improve product and sales knowledge.
Qualifications

Strong Sales and Sales Consulting skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate filtration solutions.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken English/Hindi and effective listening abilities.
Customer Service experience with a focus on building trust, handling queries professionally, and resolving issues promptly.
Experience in Training or willingness to participate in ongoing training to stay update
