JASIQ Labs is looking for a Sales Executive with 1–2 years of B2B sales experience to drive customer acquisition for BrickOps, our plant management SaaS built for Fly Ash Brick, Paver, Concrete Block, Interlock and related manufacturing businesses.

? Location: Pune preferred / Remote

? Compensation: ₹3–5 LPA + Performance Incentives
? Employment: Full-Time
What you’ll do

Identify and approach manufacturing plants and business owners
Generate qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, networking and field outreach
Understand customer pain points around production, stock, customer outstanding, labour, expenses and profitability
Conduct personalised BrickOps demos
Explain business value and ROI instead of only software features
Handle objections, follow-ups, negotiations and closures
Convert prospects into active BrickOps customers
Build relationships with machinery suppliers, accountants, consultants and potential channel partners
Maintain proper lead and follow-up records in CRM
Who we’re looking for





Experience selling any of the following will be strongly preferred:
ERP / SaaS / Accounting Software / Billing Software / Inventory Software / Manufacturing Software / Tally-related solutions / Industrial or Manufacturing solutions
You should have:
✅ Robust B2B selling and follow-up skills
✅ Experience speaking with business owners and decision-makers
✅ Product demo and consultative selling ability
✅ Basic understanding of sales, purchases, inventory, outstanding, expenses and profit
✅ Good Hindi & English communication
✅ Marathi is an advantage
✅ Willingness to understand manufacturing workflows
✅ Comfortable with customer/plant visits if based in Pune
