Role Description The Lead Generation and Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting market research, and managing digital campaigns across channels such as SEO, social media, PPC, and online ads. The Executive will nurture prospects through effective communication, coordinate with the sales team to convert leads,



and track campaign performance using analytics tools. Daily responsibilities include updating CRM or lead management systems, preparing lead and campaign reports, and supporting the development of targeted marketing strategies. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximize conversion rates.
Qualifications
Lead generation skills, including identifying New Leads and executing Lead Generation strategies.
Market Research abilities to analyze target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Solid Communication skills for engaging prospects, coordinating with internal teams, and presenting campaign outcomes.
Sales-focused mindset with the ability to support the sales process and contribute to revenue growth.
