Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and communication-savvy Telemarketer to handle leads, connect with potential customers, qualify prospects, and convert them into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads through phone and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements and identify genuine/potential leads.
Qualify and filter leads based on their requirements, budget, and purchase intent.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders/sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
Keep lead and customer information updated.
Coordinate with the sales/team members to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain qualified communication and build strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and persuasive personality.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations professionally.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead conversion is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
