nThe Role
nYou will own on-ground execution of our legal recovery operations — notice printing and dispatch, newspaper publications, courier and postal coordination — by managing a network of vendors and ensuring every task is completed on time, tracked, and reported. You are the person who gets it done and always knows the exact status of everything.
nResponsibilities
nNotice Dispatch Operations

- Own the end-to-end notice pipeline: print, sign, dispatch — coordinating printers, franking/postal vendors (India Post, Speed Post, couriers), and internal teamsn
- Track every batch from generation to proof of delivery; chase PODs,



manage RTO/undelivered cases, and maintain dispatch-level recordsn
- Ensure client SLAs and statutory timelines are never missedn

nNewspaper Publication Management

- Coordinate publication of possession/auction/statutory notices across newspapers and jurisdictions — obtain quotes, book slots, verify published copies, collect e-paper clippings and billsn
- Build and maintain a rate-card and vendor base of publication agencies across statesn

nVendor Management

- Onboard, negotiate with, and manage printing, dispatch, publication, and allied vendorsn
- Track vendor performance (TAT, error rates, cost); resolve escalations and replace underperformersn
- Verify vendor invoices against actual deliverables before payout approvaln

nMIS & Reporting

- Own operational MIS end-to-end: batch-wise trackers, POD status, publication logs, TAT dashboards, exception reportsn
- Publish daily/weekl
