The Role
As a Google Ads Specialist focused on affiliate, lead gen, and arbitrage campaigns, you will own the day-to-day performance of Search and Display campaigns across rapidly evolving monetization flows. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys moving quickly, testing aggressively, and making decisions that directly impact performance metrics.




We're a lean, high-ownership team. You won't be managing campaigns in isolation - you'll be shaping keyword strategy, campaign architecture, creative direction, and rapid testing and scaling.

The Responsibilities
This is an end-to-end performance focused role - not one limited to passively operating Google Ads. You will take ownership of the complete campaign monetization lifecycle, from identifying an opportunity and building the keyword/creative strategy to scaling it profitably.
Conduct ongoing research into competitor data, keyword opportunities, and emerging demand trends to identify promising new monetization opportunities.
Translate research insights into compelling campaign concepts and own the full build - from keyword strategy and campaign architecture to landing pages, creative design, launch, and ongoing profitability optimization.
