NRole Description
nThis is a part-time, remote Sales Prospecting Associate role with a flexible work schedule.
NThe Sales Prospecting Associate will support the sales team by identifying relevant businesses and decision-makers, researching qualified prospects, and initiating outreach through email and LinkedIn.




NDay-to-day responsibilities include researching prospects based on Ideal Customer Profiles provided by the team, building and maintaining prospect lists, sending personalized outreach using approved templates and frameworks, sending LinkedIn connection requests, tracking prospect information and outreach status, following up with selected prospects when required, and flagging interested prospects to the Try a Croissant team for further conversations.
NThe role is focused on *prospecting and starting conversations rather than closing sales*.
NThe expected target is approximately 20 well-researched, qualified prospects per working day. Quality and relevance are more significant than mass outreach.
NThe role offers Performance-based commission for successful business generated through prospecting.
