nAs a VRD, you'll work at the intersection of business, consumer research, marketing, e-commerce, and growth, helping build and scale new-age B2B and D2C ventures from the ground up.

- Conduct market, competitor, category, and consumer research to identify new business opportunitiesn
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, pricing, and competitive landscapesn
- Identify emerging categories, products, and consumer needsn

nVenture & Brand Building

- Support the development of new D2C and e-commerce brands from idea to launchn
- Assist in defining target audiences, value propositions, positioning, and go-to-market strategiesn
- Work on product, SKU, pricing, and marketplace researchn

nGrowth & Marketing Execution

- Support performance marketing, CRM, marketplace, and customer acquisition initiativesn
- Track key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, retention, and revenuen
