- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives to achieve assigned business targets. N
- Drive sales performanceand ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. N
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Term Insurance business across the assigned territory. N
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to improve team productivity. N




- Manage day-to-day fieldsales operations and ensure effective execution of business plans. N
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders. N
- Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective action plans. N
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration across Darbhanga. N
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities. N
- Ensure adherence to company policies, operational processes, and regulatory guidelines. N

nEligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution. N
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales. N
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leading and managing Field Sales teams. N
- Strong knowledge of Life Insurance / Term Insurance sales and field sales operations. N
- Proficiency in Hindi ismandatory. N
- Knowledge of Maithili will be an added advantage. N
