Job DescriptionAt Skylight Mediakart, we're looking for a Creative Manager who can do more than manage timelines and review creatives. We need someone who can lead a team, crack briefs, talk to clients, create with AI, support Sales and Operations, and keep bringing fresh ideas to the table.
NOne day you could be brainstorming an interactive campaign for a brand, the next you could be on a client call shaping a brief, reviewing creative work, experimenting with a new AI tool, or developing a completely recent ad format we can take to market.
NWe're looking for someonewho is curious, hands-on and slightly obsessed with making advertising more interesting.

NCreative Leadership
n* Lead the creative team and manage day-to-day briefs and output.
N* Review concepts, designs, scripts and final executions.
N* Mentor the team and maintain a high creative standard.
NClient & Brief Management
N* Join client calls,



brief discussions and presentations.
N* Translate business objectives into strong creative directions.
N* Present ideas clearly and manage creative feedback.
NAI-Led Creation
n*Use AI tools hands-on across concepts, images, videos, scripts and storyboards.
N* Explore new tools and workflows that improve speed and creative quality.
NSales & Operations Support
N* Support Sales with ideas, mocks, pitches and proactive concepts.
N* Coordinate with Operations on briefs, timelines, assets and deliverables.
N* Ensure smooth movement of projects from brief to final execution.
NInnovation
n* Continuously explore new ad formats, technologies and interaction ideas.
N* Develop fresh rich media, gamification and AI-led creative experiences.
N* Regularly bring new concepts and offerings that Skilight Mediakart can take to clients.
