Antropi Robotics is a Y Combinator-backed robotics company based in Bengaluru, building autonomous manufacturing systems by combining industrial robotics, computer vision, CNC automation, and AI-powered factory software.

Our systems are engineered for real production environments, around real CNC machines, robots, and factory constraints, with the goal of making manufacturing more autonomous, productive, and software-defined.

You will join a small, talent-dense team with strong academic and industry backgrounds across robotics, AI, manufacturing, automation, enterprise software, and high-growth startups. We move quickly, value ownership, and work closely with customers to build products that solve real manufacturing problems.

About the Role

We are looking for a high-ownership Business Development & Sales Lead to help accelerate Antropi's growth by identifying recent opportunities, building customer relationships, and driving enterprise sales.

This is not a traditional sales role focused solely on prospecting.



You will work directly with the founders to understand customer challenges, engage manufacturing leaders, support enterprise sales conversations, and help shape our go-to-market strategy.

Your work will span lead generation, customer discovery, sales execution, partnerships, and market expansion. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer problems, and helping bring cutting-edge robotics and AI solutions to the manufacturing industry.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Bengaluru (HSR) office.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other outbound channels.
Customer Engagement: Understand customer challenges, visit customer factories and manufacturing facilities when required, conduct product demonstrations, and communicate Antropi's value propos
