About the Role
Rudlyn is looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team and support business growth across global markets.
This is an opportunity for someone with 0–1 years of experience who wants to build a strong career in B2B sales and business development. You will work closely with the team and gradually take ownership of the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and outreach to client conversations and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential B2B clients across global markets.
Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
Connect with founders, business owners, and decision-makers.
Understand prospect requirements and identify potential opportunities.
Schedule and participate in discovery calls.
Present Rudlyn’s services and solutions to prospects.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects.
Support proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closure.
Maintain and update sales activities in the CRM.




Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
Work closely with Marketing and MarTech teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
Research new industries, markets, and potential client segments.
Meet assigned business development and revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For
0–1 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or a related role.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales are welcome to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable communicating with international clients.
Confident, proactive, and willing to initiate conversations with prospects.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and motivated by measurable results.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Good understanding of LinkedIn, email, and digital communication.
Good command of English.
