Role Description The Thinking Coach is a temporary, on-site role based in Agartala,



responsible for facilitating future-skills learning experiences with school students. In this role, the coach guides learners through structured thinking exercises, problem-solving activities, and innovation projects aligned with ENpower’s skill frameworks. The coach conducts interactive classroom sessions, supports students in entrepreneurship and design-thinking journeys, and helps them apply critical, creative, and team-oriented thinking to real-world challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing session plans, delivering engaging workshops, documenting learner progress, and sharing feedback and insights with ENpower’s program team and school stakeholders. The role may also involve coordinating with teachers, participating in training sessions, and ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with ENpower’s pedagogy and impact goals.
