nKeyResponsibilities:
N - Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
N - Execute seamless onboarding, induction, and documentation processes




N - Maintain and update employee data in HRMS with high accuracy
N - Handle employee records, personal files, and documentation audits
N - Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, and reimbursements
N - Manage attendance tracking, leave records, and regular reconciliations
N - Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements
N - Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes
N - Support performance management cycles and HR initiatives
N - Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review
N - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth HR service delivery
N - Drive process improvements and automation in HR operations
N - Work extensively on HR systems (SuccessFactors experience preferred)
N - Support audits and ensure documentation readiness
