- Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and dignitaries in a professional and courteous manner N
- Manage front desk operations and visitor coordination N
- Handle guest queries, requests, and concerns efficiently N
- Coordinate with internal departments for guest arrangements and logistics N
- Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with organizational protocols N
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and guest visits N
- Ensure a pleasant and seamless guest experience at all times N

NProficiency in MS Office and basic systems
