Role Description The Director Talent Acquisition (Campus Placements – Edtech – 30 LPA) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for designing and leading the campus hiring strategy across universities, colleges, and professional institutes to support the company’s growth in the edtech sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and managing relationships with campus placement cells, planning and executing recruitment drives,



collaborating with business leaders to understand workforce needs, and ensuring a consistent, inclusive candidate experience. The Director will oversee the end-to-end campus recruitment lifecycle, including forecasting hiring needs, screening and selecting candidates, negotiating offers, and maintaining recruitment metrics and dashboards. The role also involves developing employer branding initiatives, refining recruitment processes, mentoring recruitment team members, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in campus hiring, talent acquisition strategy, and stakeholder management within edtech or related industries.
Experience designing and executing large-scale recruitment drives, including planning, coordination, and post-event follow-up.
