WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS, HONESTLY

GVC was built by builders, at speed, and speed leaves fingerprints: two visual identities in the market, claims that vary by document, surfaces nobody audits. None of it is fatal. All of it is compounding. The Brand Manager exists so that everything carrying our name, a deck, a store page, a WhatsApp line, a reply to a review, sounds like one company that means every word.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

The single source of truth: one canonical facts sheet, one message architecture, one visual system. Every artifact inherits from it or gets rebuilt. You are its author and its enforcer, including against the founder.

The surfaces: website, store, decks, proposals, social, review responses, hiring posts. You audit them monthly and nothing ships off-system.

The proof standard: every claim verifiable, every student mention consented by a parent first, real photography over generated imagery, always. We would rather be plain than approximately true.

The voice:



premium without perfume, honest without apology. Parents, teenagers and investors read us in the same week. One voice must survive all three.

YOUR FIRST NINETY DAYS, MEASURED

By day thirty, the canonical facts sheet and brand system exist and the founder has signed them. By day sixty, the three most visible surfaces are fully on-system. By day ninety, a stranger reading any two GVC artifacts cannot find a contradiction.

THE BAR

Tier one education: IIT, IIM, BITS, SRCC, ISB or equivalent, for the proof you transparent high bars. But in this seat the eye outranks the degree: if your work shows taste and discipline that would embarrass people with better pedigrees, apply and lead with the work.

One to three years in brand, design, or content with system thinking. You notice the wrong font from across the room and the inflated claim from across the deck. AI native and slop allergic. Diplomatic enough
