Role Description The Site Manager role at Casagrand FittedHomes is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. The Site Manager will oversee daily site operations for interior projects, including coordinating with design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing schedules and resources, enforcing safety and quality standards, and resolving on-site issues promptly.



The role also involves conducting site inspections, tracking materials, maintaining documentation, and communicating regularly with clients and internal stakeholders to align expectations and project milestones. The Site Manager is expected to drive operational efficiency in office while upholding the brand’s standards of luxury, finishing quality, and customer experience.
Qualifications

Proven experience in site management, project supervision, or construction/interior fit-out coordination, preferably in residential or interior design projects.
Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and resource management, with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and stakeholders on-site.
Knowledge of construction and interior finishing processes, quality control, and safety regulations relevant to on-site operations.
