Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Senior Executive – HR Operations to manage end-to-end HR operations, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, data accuracy, statutory compliance, and an exceptional employee experience. The role requires strong ownership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HRMS.
Coordinate payroll inputs, including new joiners, exits, attendance, leave, incentives, reimbursements, and salary revisions.
Administer leave, attendance, shift management, and employee documentation.
Generate HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, experience, and relieving letters.




Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, benefits, and HRMS within defined SLAs.
Support statutory compliance, audits, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
Coordinate employee benefit programs, insurance, reimbursements, and vendor management.
Manage end-to-end exit formalities and Full & Final settlement coordination.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support HR automation initiatives.
Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, IT, Admin, Legal, and external vendors to ensure smooth HR operations.
