Role Description The Account Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Silvassa. In this position, the individual will manage and grow customer accounts, maintain regular communication with clients, and ensure timely resolution of inquiries and issues. The role includes preparing quotations, processing orders, tracking deliveries, and coordinating with internal teams such as production, logistics,



and finance to meet customer commitments. The Account Executive will monitor sales performance, maintain accurate records, and support business development activities through market research and lead follow-up. The position also involves preparing basic reports, participating in reviews, and supporting the implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships, handle client communication, and provide responsive account service.
Experience in sales coordination or account management, including order processing, documentation, and follow-up.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and comfort working with basic CRM or ERP systems.
