We are looking for a showroom manager who will be responsible for administrative discipline, fair lead allocation, and end-to-end consumer experience across the Nagpur retail cycle — from lead generation through site completion — in coordination with the Business Manager, Design Head.

What you will do
Drive process/SOP and CRM discipline across main store and design centres
Own fair, right-fit lead allocation across Business Managers, designers, and locations
Direct reporting line for offline/field business development — own volume, cadence, quality of field lead generation
Single point of contact and owner for client escalations
Final accountability for customer journey — last stop before an issue reaches the Group, beyond Operations Head
Ensure impartial, conflict-free functioning across both Business Manager teams and all locations




Weekly consolidated MIS to Regional Head: cycle TAT, lead allocation, escalations, offline BD activity

What we are looking for
8 plus years in retail operations / branch administration, ideally in furniture, real estate, durables, or premium retail with a design-consultative sales model.
Robust process and MIS discipline; comfortable driving compliance without direct sales authority
Proven people-management experience (has run a field/BD team)
High credibility and neutrality — able to hold the trust of multiple team leads without owning their targets
Customer-escalation handling experience essential
