Key responsibilities:

1. Create and edit high-quality social media content, including graphics, Reels, Shorts, and campaign creatives.
2. Create engaging short-form videos with solid hooks, storytelling, shareability, and viral potential.
3. Drive month-on-month growth in reach and engagement through content experimentation and optimization.
4. Track social media trends, viral formats, creators, competitors, and brand-building opportunities to develop fresh content ideas.

Skill(s) required
Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, AI Image Generation, AI Video Generation, AI Voiceover, Canva, Final Cut Pro, Video Editing

1. Candidates from design, media, marketing, B.Tech, or any educational background; creativity, experience, and quality of work are prioritized over the degree.

Hands-on experience in social media content creation, graphic design, and short-form video editing.

3. Experience with brands, startups, agencies, or creator-led projects.

4. Strong portfolio showcasing creative designs, videos, social content, or high-reach/high-engagement work. Please attach portfolio with your resume.

5. Highly creative, passionate, trend-aware, and marketing-driven, with an interest in content creation, storytelling, and brand building.

6. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative.

Salary
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,50,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 1,00,000 /year
