Major Roles and Responsibilities:
As an Art Director you will act as the vital link between select client briefs and the agency's visual output, specifically partnering with the copywriting and planning teams. Your work will be essential to ensure campaign success through listening to brand preferences and translating them into impactful visual strategies across both digital and mainline platforms. The ideal candidate will be a positive collaborator with a disruptive, customer-oriented approach to creative problem-solving.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
Conceptualize and execute high-standard advertising ideas across both digital and mainline platforms, with a relentless focus on their visual appearance and impact.
Take complete accountability for assigned projects from initial brief and ideation through to final production and delivery.
Determine how best to present a creative concept visually. Partner with copywriters and planners to build and present concepts with conviction, clarity, and style.
Support the Creative Director with key agency presentations,



including existing client creative run-throughs and new business pitches.
Partner seamlessly with brand planners, copywriters, and content creators. Function as a "we" person who thrives in blended teams and remains open to constructive feedback.
Maintain strict quality control over visual outputs (pre-production, typography, asset slicing) while keeping design elements on schedule and within budget parameters.
Ensure all approved master artwork files, project assets, and raw shoot materials are systematically archived and handed over to production teams.
Ensure zero unauthorized agency expenditure on external resources (such as experimental photography or external illustrators) without senior creative sign-off.
