Role Description The Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and display to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The specialist will analyze performance data,



identify growth opportunities, and apply growth hacking techniques to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with design and content teams, coordinating with sales to align campaigns with revenue goals, managing marketing projects and timelines, and reporting on key metrics and insights to stakeholders. The role requires hands-on involvement in experimentation, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and continuous improvement of digital touchpoints.
