Role Description The Territory Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for driving sales performance and market growth within the assigned geography. This position involves managing relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and distributors,



ensuring effective product promotion and adherence to company strategies. The Territory Manager will plan and execute territory-wise sales activities, conduct regular field visits, track performance against targets, and provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities. The role includes organizing doctor meetings, CME programs, and other promotional events, ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards. The Territory Manager will collaborate closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives and support long-term business development.

Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing, preferably in therapeutic areas such as nephrology, critical care, or related specialties.
