About the Role
To support our continued growth,



we are hiring an experienced CAD Drafter to join our engineering team — based in Kolkata and working India business hours as part of our permits team. This role focuses primarily on overhead plan views and will expand as needed; depending on experience, it may grow to include additional drafting or design duties for civil engineering projects in commercial development. Beyond drafting, you will keep our system of record up to date on the progress of your assigned workload, and coordinate closely — largely through transparent written handoffs — with our Irvine, CA-based design and project management staff.

Key Responsibilities
Drafting & Production
Provide CAD drafting support to a technical engineering team, working under general supervision with work subject to supervisory review; report to the Project Manager or department head.
Perform skilled drafting work in preparing preliminary and final engineering drawings, plans, maps, and exhibits.
Transform initial rough designs into working documents using CAD software; review draw
