Role Description The Operations Executive is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. This role involves coordinating daily tour operations, including scheduling, vendor management, and ensuring smooth execution of Hajj, Umrah, and Ziyarat packages. The Operations Executive will track bookings, maintain accurate records, and monitor service delivery to meet quality standards and timelines. Responsibilities include liaising with internal teams and external partners, resolving operational issues,



and supporting customer-facing staff with timely information. The role also requires analyzing operational data, recommending process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant travel regulations.
Qualifications
Strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily workflows, logistics, and service delivery.
Well-developed Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and propose improvements in processes and performance.
