About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Wealth Manager to manage relationships with HNI, UHNI, investors, entrepreneurs, and affluent clients.
The role involves identifying investment requirements, presenting premium real estate opportunities, generating high-value sales, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with HNI/UHNI and affluent clients.
Understand client investment goals, preferences, and budgets.
Provide personalized investment solutions and premium client service.

Real Estate Investment Sales
Present and sell premium coffee estates, farm plots, villas, holiday homes, and land investments.
Conduct project presentations and coordinate property/site visits.
Handle negotiations and close high-ticket transactions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

3. Lead Generation & Networking
Build a solid network of HNI/UHNI clients, investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
Generate leads through referrals, networking events, exhibitions, social platforms, and personal connections.
Develop a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.

4. Investment Advisory
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate opportunities.
Explain project location, pricing, appreciation potential, payment plans, and investment benefits.
Stay updated with real estate market trends and competing projects.

5. Sales Conversion & Closure
Manage the complete sales cycle
