Role Description As a Co-Founder at Ryse Capital, you will play a core leadership role in shaping the firm’s strategy, service offerings, and market positioning. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with startup clients to refine business models, develop fundraising strategies, prepare pitch materials,



and guide them through investor readiness and growth planning. You will help manage and expand relationships with investors, strategic partners, and clients, while contributing to brand-building, thought leadership, and business development initiatives. This is a full-time remote role, requiring proactive ownership of key projects, operational decisions, and long-term firm growth. You will work closely with other founders to define priorities, improve processes, and ensure high-quality, client-focused delivery across all engagements.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, valuation understanding, and the ability to interpret market and startup performance data.
