About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Content & Strategy Executive who can take ownership of social media accounts—from understanding the brand and developing ideas to coordinating execution, publishing content and reviewing performance.
This is not just a social media posting role. We want someone who can understand what a brand needs, identify relevant content opportunities and confidently recommend what should be created, why it matters and how it will be executed.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop social media content strategies aligned with each brand’s objectives




• Own weekly and monthly content planning for multiple client accounts
• Create original concepts for posts, reels, carousels, stories and campaigns
• Translate brand requirements into clear and actionable content ideas
• Develop content pillars, campaign themes, reel concepts, hooks and creative directions
• Prepare detailed briefs for copywriters, designers and video editors
• Coordinate with the creative team from ideation through final execution
• Review captions, scripts and creatives for quality, accuracy and brand consistency
• Manage content calendars, timelines, approvals, scheduling and publishing
• Identify trends and adapt them meaningfully for different brands
• Suggest shoot concepts, topical content and campaign opportunities
• Track content performance and prepare periodic social media reports
• Use performance insights to continuously improve the content strategy
• Use Canva, ChatGPT and modern
