We’re building beautiful products for the most underrated room at home, the bathroom. While we build the products to get there, we need someone to build the brand around them. This is one our most important hires right now, and the ambition is big: we want BathStory to become the new-age brand for everything bathroom in India. And this person will be a big part of the path there.
We're looking for someone genuinely, unmistakably creative to tell the BathStory story better.
As part of this role, you will:
Own our social media content creation end-to-end. And this doesn’t begin and end with Instagram, but the whole suite - including YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Substack.
Collaborate with our growth team on the creative strategy for our digital advertising campaigns - both hygiene campaigns & new product launches
Collaborate with the website team on content marketing initiatives
Come up with brand initiatives that are actually interesting, not just "post consistently"
Think editorial-first: build stories and formats, not just one-off posts
Live inside trends, formats,
and video, and turn a bath brand into something people want to engage with, and remember
Ensure brand consistency across channels and improve communication across all consumer touchpoints
You're right for this role if:
You have up to 1 to 3 years of experience, from a creative advertising/agency or a brand’s creative/marketing team
You read, you write, and you think in stories. Editorial instinct is important to this role
You understand the basics of marketing and brand building on the internet
You have an eye for design. You don't need to be a designer, but you should be able to understand what makes a positive creative (that creative can be static or video) and can make your way through tools like Canva in case something is not working out.
You are curious by nature, you are keen to learn what makes a product tick, how consumers really behave, and are excited about putting all these pieces together
