About the Role -
We are looking for a B.E./B.Tech Electrical Engineer with an MBA in Marketing to join our team and support Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Electrical O&M; activities.

Key Responsibilities -
• Assist in installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of BESS and electrical systems.
• Monitor battery parameters including voltage, current, temperature, SOC and alarms.
• Assist in troubleshooting batteries, BMS, DC systems, panels, cables, inverters and other electrical equipment.
• Support preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Assist during site inspections, testing, shutdowns and commissioning activities.
• Maintain equipment readings, checklists, logs and maintenance reports.
• Identify abnormal conditions and report issues to senior engineers.
• Follow electrical safety, PPE,



LOTO, SOP and work-permit procedures.
• Coordinate with site teams and support project execution activities.

Eligibility -
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory
• MBA in Marketing – Mandatory
• Freshers / 0–1 year experience can apply.

Required Skills -
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, AC/DC, batteries and maintenance.
• Familiarity with multimeter and clamp meter.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
• Safety-conscious and willing to learn.

Preferred Exposure: BESS, BMS, PCS, inverters, transformers, switchgear, SCADA, electrical protection and renewable energy projects.
