Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with schools,



educational institutions, and partners. The specialist will conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activity, prepare proposals, and support the execution of educational events and initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing clients, managing follow-ups, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve growth targets. The role also requires preparing reports, maintaining accurate records of outreach activities, and contributing to strategies that expand the organization’s reach and impact.
