Role Description The Selenium Trainer is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad.
The trainer will design and deliver classroom and lab-based training programs on Selenium and related automation testing tools, following NareshIT’s curriculum and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, examples, and real-time project scenarios; conducting interactive sessions; evaluating learner performance; and providing guidance on best practices in test automation. The role involves updating course content to align with the latest versions of Selenium and associated technologies, offering mentoring support for interview preparation and placements, and collaborating with the academic team to improve training effectiveness.
Qualifications
Solid expertise in Selenium WebDriver and related test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit) and hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test suites.
Solid understanding of core Java or another object-oriented programming langua
