The role is also the central support for the capability program of the overall procurement function. This role requires a Master Black Belt or minimum a Black Belt in Six Sigma with strong experience in delivering high-impact improvement initiatives across global operations. originate recent improvement opportunities, and guide functional teams to adopt standardized, streamlined, and digitally enabled ways of working. Your responsibilities Organize peer-to-peer training sessions (connect with SMEs, explain concept of our P2P sessions, send invites and communicate about the trainings to Procurement team) Organize 3rd party training sessions (link with training provider, align participants lists and organize trainings : dates, sending invites and confirming attendance with participants planned, room booking with local reception desks) Manage e-learning platform licenses assignment and report on platform adoption / usage Maintain content on Supply Academy (learning pathways, ensure newly developed trainings are added to the platform etc.).
