Position Overview Role Description Investment Banking Capital Markets (IBCM) comprises of regional and industry-focused coverage teams, co-led from the bank’s hubs in Europe and Asia Pacific, that ensure the delivery of the entire range of financial products and services to the bank’s clients. Primarily comprises working on origination and execution of IBCM transactions (capital raising, M&A;, corporate restructurings, Ratings) as part of sector / country coverage team. The various desks being Investment Banking Coverage and M&A; (IBC) and Capital Markets (CM), Strategic Equities Transaction Group (SETG) and Business Management & Control. SETG is a private side equity structuring group that specializes in designing and delivering bespoke, tailored solutions to Corporates, Financial Institutions, Sponsors,, HNWIs, and SWFs. The business originates strategic transactions for risk books in EMEA,



with a focus on financing and derivatives.
