Location: Goa Job Type: Full time Company: Sister Company of Pythal Industry: Real Estate About the Role We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Sales Executive who can take responsibility for both generating qualified real estate leads through digital channels and converting those leads into property sales . This is a performance-focused role for someone who understands digital marketing but is equally confident speaking with customers, following up on enquiries, arranging site visits and working towards sales closures. Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Lead Generation Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects and properties . Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for lead generation. Identify and target the right customer segments based on location, budget and property requirements. Monitor campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, conversions and advertising spend . Coordinate property creatives, Reels, videos, listings and campaign content. Manage and optimise listings across relevant real estate portals and digital platforms .



Support social media marketing and maintain a consistent online presence for projects. Track leads from different marketing channels and identify which campaigns generate genuine sales opportunities. Sales & Lead Conversion Handle incoming property enquiries generated through digital campaigns, portals and other sources. Understand each customer's budget, preferred location, property requirements and purchase intent . Qualify leads and maintain systematic follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and other channels. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities and property specifications clearly. Schedule and coordinate property presentations and site visits . Follow up after site visits and actively work towards negotiation, booking and closure . Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up records in the CRM or lead management system .
