We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Packaging Supervisor to manage day-to-day packaging operations and ensure smooth production.

? Key Responsibilities
* Supervise packaging operations and manpower.
* Monitor production output, quality,



and daily targets.
* Ensure proper machine operation, setup, and routine checks.
* Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and 5S standards.
* Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize downtime.
* Maintain packaging records and reports.

? Eligibility
* B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
* 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing/production preferred.
* Valuable technical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
