As our recent Supplier Quality Engineer, you will be managing end-to-end supplier quality activities for externally purchased parts — from controlling rejections and driving corrective actions to conducting audits and collaborating closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver measurable quality improvements. What You Will Be Doing

As a key part of the Supplier Quality team, you'll create impact by Driving supplier performance and quality improvements that directly strengthen our manufacturing operations and product reliability..

Your main responsibilities include:





Control rejections in externally purchased parts through close supplier collaboration, driving corrective and improvement actions to achieve department KPIs
Conduct periodical supplier audits to assess and improve supplier quality capabilities
Supervise and direct technicians in day-to-day inspection activities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment
Maintain department documentation, inspection tools, and equipment to ensure measurement accuracy and compliance
Coordinate with Production, Plant Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to manage stakeholder expectations through timely communication and escalation
Participate in organization-driven projects and part development activities, supporting continuous improvement initiatives
