This Position reports to: Senior Engineering Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the chance to support engineering activities in all types of project sizes and complexities, under the supervision of senior engineers. Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products. Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities. Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.
