The Role The Vice President will play a central role in managing transaction execution, supporting seller onboarding, buyer matching activities and leading a growing team of analysts, associates and deal professionals. This is a hands-on leadership role combining execution management, client management and team development.



Key Responsibilities Transaction Execution • Lead execution of live M&A; and capital raising transactions • Manage transaction timelines and deal processes • Coordinate buyers, investors, clients, lawyers and advisers • Identify and resolve execution bottlenecks • Drive transactions toward successful completion Seller Onboarding • Meet prospective sellers and business owners • Assess transaction readiness and suitability • Guide clients through onboarding and preparation processes Buyer & Investor Matching • Support buyer outreach and engagement • Facilitate introductions and transaction discussions • Maintain momentum throughout the deal process Team Leadership • Manage and mentor analysts, associates and execution professionals • Review work product and ensure quality standards • Improve internal processes and transaction workflows Requirements • 7 years of M&A; execution experience • Experience in investment banking, M&A; advisory, corpora
