Electrical Design & Development Engineer Experience: 7–13 Years Location: Bangalore Education: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) Industry: Semiconductor / Electrical / Engineering Design Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design & Development Engineer with 7–13 years of experience in electrical design and development, preferably within the semiconductor/electronics domain. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with E3. series for electrical schematic, wiring, cable and harness design. Key Responsibilities Design and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, cable and harness systems using E3. series. Develop and maintain electrical design documentation, BOMs, connection lists and wiring schedules. Work on electrical system architecture and component selection based on project requirements. Perform electrical design calculations, circuit analysis and design validation. Create and review electrical schematics, panel layouts and interconnection diagrams.
Support electrical design development from concept through prototype, testing and production. Collaborate with Mechanical, Electronics, PCB, Controls, Firmware and Manufacturing Engineering teams. Analyze design issues and provide effective engineering solutions. Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with applicable electrical and safety standards. Support ECR/ECN, change management, configuration management and documentation activities. Work closely with suppliers/manufacturing teams for electrical components, cables and assemblies. Troubleshoot electrical design and integration issues during testing and product development.
