Sales Head – Home Automation, Lighting Controls & AV Solutions Company Introduction We are a leading distributor and system integrator in India for premium international brands specializing in Home Automation, Lighting Controls, Audio-Video Solutions, Networking, and Smart Building Technologies. We deliver innovative automation solutions to luxury residences, hospitality projects, corporate offices, and commercial establishments. Our clientele includes leading architects, interior designers, consultants, hospitality groups, celebrities, business leaders, and corporate organizations. Job Summary • The Sales Head will be responsible for driving business growth, developing sales strategies, leading the sales team, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets across Home Automation, Lighting Controls, Audio-Video, and Smart Building Solutions. • The role requires strong leadership, excellent client relationship management skills, and extensive experience in handling high-value projects within the luxury residential, hospitality, and corporate segments.



Educational Qualification • B.Tech / B.E. (Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication) preferred. • MBA in Marketing or Sales Management will be an added advantage. Experience • 10–15 years of experience in Sales and Business Development. • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing sales teams. • Experience in Home Automation, Lighting Controls, Audio-Video, ELV, Building Automation, Smart Home Solutions, High-End Electrical Products, Luxury Interior Products, or Hospitality Solutions preferred. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Revenue Growth • Develop and execute annual sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profitability targets. • Identify current business opportunities across Residential, Hospitality, Corporate, and Commercial segments. • Drive sales growth through direct customer engagement and channel partner development. • Develop key accounts and strategic relationship
