Hiring: Counsellor
Location: Sowripalayam / Thondamuthur

Reporting to: Case Manager
We are seeking a compassionate and structured Counsellor to support clients in a rehabilitation setting. The role involves conducting weekly individual sessions, facilitating group activities, coordinating with doctors and families, maintaining documentation, and providing emotional support during the recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Client admission support & orientation
Individual counselling & behavioural observation
Family communication & monthly progress updates
Doctor consultation coordination
Group therapy participation
Documentation & incident reporting
Qualification:
M.S.W. (Medical & Psychiatry)
Experience in rehabilitation or mental health setup preferred
2-5 yrs of experience
Fluency in Hindi
