Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor Lead to drive the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor solutions. The ideal candidate will possess solid functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, with hands-on experience in Time and Labor, Payroll, Absence Management, Core HR, integrations, reporting, and data migration.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor solutions.
Configure Time Categories,



Time Rules, Time Entry Layouts, and Time Processing Profiles.
Design and configure overtime calculations, premium pay, shift differentials, and labor distribution rules.
Integrate Time and Labor with Oracle Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR modules.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, and solution blueprints.
Configure and optimize Time and Labor rules based on business and compliance requirements.
Support system testing, payroll reconciliation, and production support activities.
Advise stakeholders on Oracle Time and Labor best practices, capabilities, and limitations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Technical Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle Time and Labor
