Role Description The On Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at project locations. This role includes coordinating with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that design specifications, quality standards, and timelines are met. The On Site Supervisor monitors construction progress, manages site resources,



and resolves issues that arise during execution. They maintain accurate site documentation, track material usage, and report project status to the design and management teams. The role also involves enforcing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting smooth handover of completed spaces to clients.
Qualifications
Strong site supervision and project coordination skills, including experience managing contractors, vendors, and on-site teams.
Ability to interpret architectural drawings, design details, and technical specifications for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Proficiency in basic project documentation and reporting, including daily logs, material tracking, and progress updates.
Knowledge of construction processes, quality control practices, and safety standards relevant to in office work.
